Reviews and Ratings
I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms are a great value for money, with modernized bathroom fixtures and only a slight issue with cold air coming in. The service was a bit underwhelming as the person who claimed to be the manager couldn't find our reservation and left it to us to fix, but we managed. Despite that, the hotel's location in a historic bank building near Inner Harbor was fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. The dining experience, though basic with big salads included, was decent. Overall, a mix of positives and negatives during my stay.
The hotel is conveniently located near Inner Harbor, within walking distance to several restaurants and stores. The rooms offer a modernized bathroom with a view of Towne Hall, but some minor maintenance issues like a window with duck tape detract from the overall experience. The service was lacking efficiency, with a mix-up in reservations left for guests to resolve. Dining was included in the rate, featuring dishes like laksa. The historic bank building housing the hotel adds charm to the stay.
This hotel is a gem! The rooms are cozy and modern, and the staff is incredibly helpful. The location is unbeatable, with everything you need within walking distance. However, the service at the front desk could use improvement, and the dining options are limited.
The hotel offers great value for money with modernized bathroom fixtures in the rooms, although there were some issues with the window being secured with duck tape. The service was lacking in efficiency, as the front desk clerk left us to fix a reservation error. The location, in a historic bank building near Inner Harbor, is convenient and within walking distance to the convention center. The dining options include Chinese food, and the facilities are generally good.
